CANCELLATION POLICY
At Skin Sculpt Spa, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations must be completed online through your booking confirmation link. If you reschedule within the same month, your retainer will be applied to your new appointment. In the event of an emergency requiring you to reschedule for the following month, your retainer will still be honored and applied to your next treatment. If you choose to cancel without rescheduling, your retainer will be converted into store credit that can be used toward skincare products and will remain valid for 60 days from your original appointment date. Products may be picked up at the spa or shipped at the client's expense. Please note that all services and retainers are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we are committed to working with you to find a reasonable resolution, which may include a service credit or personalized skincare recommendations from 7 Days A Week or another brand. If you cancel your appointment and would like to return to Skin Sculpt Spa in the future, please contact us at 872-222-6741 so we can manually schedule your next appointment.
