CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY: At Skin Sculpt Spa, we kindly ask that you provide 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. RESCHEDULING: Clients must reschedule their appointments online through their booking confirmation link at least 24–48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Your retainer will be applied to your new appointment. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee based on the service price. This amount will be issued as a credit that can be used within 30 days of the cancellation date. Your credit may be used toward: A future face or body workout Skincare products If you would like to return to Skin Sculpt Spa after cancelling your appointment, please contact us at 872-222-6741 so we can discuss your available credit options and manually schedule your next appointment. Please note that all services, retainers, and cancellation fees are non-refundable. Credits must be used within 30 days and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we are committed to working with you to find a reasonable resolution.
